What I loved about this interview was that it tackled a really important subject that many people find difficult.
Not every conversation you have is easy, comfortable or one that you really wish to have. But sometimes the more uncomfortable conversations have the most satisfying or beneficial outcomes.
When it then comes to subjects that in themselves are difficult, the skill of maintaining a calm and productive conversation is an additional skill that many find tricky to perfect, or even avoid all together.
Remember we are all in the business of seeking an outcome where everyone is in agreement, even if their perspectives differ.
