To help you move quickly and confidently, we’ve gathered everything you need in one place, with clear guidance on how to create beautiful, professional assets that elevate everyone involved.
Think of these guidelines as guardrails, not restrictions. Follow what’s here and you can focus on creativity, impact, and execution, knowing the fundamentals are already taken care of.

Using This Page
Everything on this page is approved for use in:
- Event promotion and marketing
- Podcast promotion and show notes
- Social media posts and captions
- Websites, emails, and internal comms
- Press and PR materials
These guidelines apply whether Phil is delivering a keynote, workshop, leadership session, or internal programme.
If an asset, format, or phrase is not included here, please assume it hasn’t been approved yet and check with the team before using it.

Always include the M
Do not include a period after the M
This format should be used across:
- Event listings

- Podcast titles and descriptions
- Thumbnails and graphics
- Social captions and tags
To make this easy, please use the “Exactly How to Introduce Phil” asset provided. It ensures consistency and removes any guesswork.

Approved bios and introduction scripts are provided for promotional use.
- Please use the most up-to-date versions supplied
- Do not edit or shorten bios without approval
- Do not pull bios from Google or previous events
If you need a bio tailored for a specific context (short intro, internal audience, executive setting), just let us know.

Exactly What to Say® (EWTS) Usage
Exactly What to Say® is a protected body of work and brand.
When referencing it:
- Always write Exactly What to Say® with a lowercase “to”
- Use the ® symbol where shown in supplied assets
- Use the approved descriptions provided
Language to avoid
To protect clarity and positioning, please avoid describing Exactly What to Say® as:
- a “playbook”
- a script library
- a sales manual
If you’re unsure how best to reference the work, we’re happy to suggest wording that fits your audience and context.
Logos
Approved logos are provided in PNG and SVG vector formats.
Please do
- Use logos exactly as provided
- Choose the version that offers the best contrast on your background
- Maintain clear space around the logo
Please avoid
- Recreating or redrawing logos
- Changing colors or proportions
- Adding effects, outlines, or shadows
- Cropping, stretching, or rotating
- Placing logos over busy or low-contrast backgrounds
If you’re ever unsure which logo to use, the safest option is to use the primary version supplied.

Using the correct colours ensures assets feel intentional, premium, and consistent across channels.
Photography, Video & Book Images
Approved photos, videos, and book images are supplied for promotional use.
- Please use only the current assets provided.
- Do not source images via Google or past events.
- Where possible, avoid stock photography for promotional materials. You’ll get a stronger, more authentic result using the extensive library of professional images available.
Approved book images are also available and are appropriate to use when Phil is delivering a session, workshop, or programme where the book is relevant.
If you need a specific image style or orientation and can’t find it, we’re happy to help source the right option.

Creating Content On Location
If you’re capturing photos, video, or short-form content while Phil is on site:
- Please agree the plan in advance with the events team
- Ensure assets reflect the professionalism of the event and brand
- Let us know how content will be used so we can support and amplify where needed
